Refunds & Exchanges
Thank you for your interest in my products. Due to the handmade nature of my items, I do not offer returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me at glitterluxebybri@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. Your email must include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the damage
Each case will be reviewed individually. If the damage is verified, a replacement or refund may be issued at my discretion.
Items that are not deemed damaged are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
