PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time. Full payment is required before an order is processed.

PROCESSING TIME

Processing times vary depending on the product and are listed in each product description.

Ready-to-ship items: typically ship within 7–10 business days

Made-to-order items (such as custom pens or cups): may take up to 2–4 weeks

Processing time does not include shipping time.

SHIPPING

Once your order has been shipped and scanned by the carrier, GlitterluxeByBri is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of handmade items, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at glitterluxellc@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery, including:

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the damage

Approved cases may receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products are non-refundable and for personal use only.

Share, resell, or redistribute files

Claim designs as your own

Upload files to other platforms

Violation of these terms may result in revoked access without refund.

ALLERGIES & PRODUCT USE

Our products may contain ingredients such as oils or other materials that could cause allergic reactions. Please review ingredient lists carefully before purchasing.
